A Metaphor for Life.

Nutrition matters but a two year old does not eat the same as a mature adult.

Spiritual milk is simple but pure. It is the foundational truth of the Gospel.

“And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ. I fed you with milk and not with solid food; for until now you were not able to receive it…” 1 Corinthians 3:1-2

What we all must learn first is that Jesus loves you, He calmed the storm, fed the five thousand, welcomed children, died on the cross and rose again.

These stories are not childish, they are foundational. Every Christian must begin there for without the Gospels there is no Christianity.

Just as parents celebrate a child taking solid food, so God also delights when His children grow too.

God has prepared a feast for His children to become mature disciples who know Him deeply, think biblically, love sacrificially, and serve faithfully.
